The Washington State Department of Health has established a call center to address questions from the public. Washington 211 is operating the State COVID-19 help line during the Coronavirus outbreak. Normal 2-1-1 services are available but wait times have increased.  If you need immediate assistance in finding services please visit www.wa211.org and use the resource search tool. If you have questions about what is happening in Washington, or how the virus is spread, please call:

Hours: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m, seven days a week

You may also text the word “Coronavirus” to 211-211 to get more information on coronavirus.

Please note that this call center can not access COVID-19 testing results. For testing inquiries or results, please contact your health care provider.
